These natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted products and are not necessarily considered defects.

Computer monitors, phones, tablets, lighting conditions, and photography may also affect how product colors and finishes appear on screen. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, specifications, compatibility, finish options, and installation requirements before placing an order.

If we provide a drawing, specification sheet, or other confirmation for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing the information carefully before approving production.

Our current standard production and delivery estimates are:

Production/processing: 1–3 weeks

Delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, and other logistical events.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Rod & Rails is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For items that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Rod & Rails will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
