We offer free worldwide express shipping on our orders.

Production & Processing

Production/processing: 1–3 weeks

Most products are made or prepared after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery After Dispatch

Delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days

Once your order has completed production and is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered to the United States, applicable import duties and tariffs are prepaid/included. Customers will not be charged additional import duties upon delivery.

For destinations outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Production and delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, orders may experience delays because of circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation issues.
